THE most spectacular track and race in the world!
After our Team visiting Sean Edwards (see previous news) there, we of course were extra excited to see and join the races in our League!

Qualify EXP was pretty close all over the heat, except for Edwards having a gap of over half a second to second placed man Ricardoferreira. Don't feel ashamed Ric, Sean practiced over a week there! We have proof ;).

The race itself was a hard one, looking at the results. Of course Sean led the pack from start, but behind him all kinds of action took place! Many, believing to have a good finish, came to different conclusions during the fierce battles all over the field! Ricardoferreira had to give up being in second place, with a blown engine.
Yours truely was hoping for about 4th place, until 3 laps before the finish, JUST after Eau Rouge, a huge cloud of smoke arose in front, with no car visible. Braking and hoping there was no car somewhere in the mist, disaster struck for both me and Frozen. He appeared out of the smoke, too late to be avoided by poor CasH. All this giving even more hope for the guys chasing.

After also Tygernoot, in second place, being distracted by his ringing cellphone (WTF? Which driver has his cellphone near when driving such important race?!?!), crashed, limping back the last laps, this gave way for Avni_Tumay and Zunik to score BIG after being in  pretty modest positions at the start of the race.

The Championship battle between Tygernoot and Edwards was taken to the extreme here. Tygernoot, after his phone stunt, limping back one lap down, was glad to have to do one lap less on three wheels. Brilliant Edwards however knew Tygernoot would still be second, so stopped before the finish line, to force Tygernoot do do another lap! Thus 'giving' Tygernoot 4th instead of second position.

I can tell you the LRT Captain was not pleased about this!

The AMA Race was again a mainly Brazilian matter.

Pole in Qualify again for Lulasenna and in the race, his fellow countryman Josimario_carvalho joined him on the podium in second place.

Due to the difficulty of the track and of course her persistance to get a great result, A_C_Muller got her best result ever, finishing 7th. Of course helped by the talisman given to her a few days before the race :).

Read more about all action in our Race Reports below!

After our fifth race, the various rankings are as following:

EXP: Tygernoot (see full EXP rankings HERE).

AMA: LulaSenna (see full AMA rankings HERE).

Teams: Don't Lift (see full Teams rankings HERE).

Countries: Netherlands (see full Country rankings HERE).

Some matters of importance:

  • ALWAYS give way if you get a blue flag! Do NOT hinder the guys lapping you! Get off the racing line ASAP and let them pass safely!

  • 'Warnings and penalties' can be read HERE.

Thanks to Stewart for the ever amazing photo-reports!

Thanks Ghost_Chr for the Video!

Race Reports, AMA movie by Ghost_Chr below!

Heat EXP; by Ricardoferreira:
"I had a great start, but Juan and u pass me easily (no top speed), when Juan spun, i lose few seconds there, too avoid crash and lose the P2 too casel and P3 too MJ. But my setup is very good in 2 and 3 Sectors, but in Sector 1, no top speed, so i can΄t pass Casel or MJ in S1.. 2 laps later Casel crash, and i pass MJ.
Anyway.. good race for me (seems my best times in F1C\AMA very consistency  and fast) shame i lose some time behind some people, but alone i do nice laps, and the fasted lap.. shame engine blow when i change the boost to 3 wierd .. TEMP 90Ί i don't understood why that happen..
Shame Juan spun and crash too, should be a great fight for 2 place!
So sad, should be a great result for LRT, Tyger stop&go, CasH crash in lap 41\44 and me 39\44 engine blow :("

Heat EXP; by Avni_Tumay:
"A good launch braked in time into turn 1. I got hit from someone
behind which in result gave me a bent wishbone. It was an interesting
race since the Pitstops didn't work this time. Many drivers loosing
concentration was a bonus for me since I moved up a fair bit of
positions. I also had lost the car a few times coming to the new bus
stop chicane. I was worried on the last few laps since other drivers
had engine problems, the team principal suggested to take it easy
since Zunik was far back behind. My first podium finish overall coming
second. Many thanks to my team for the good last minute work we put in
before the race. Good luck to all drivers at Monza."

Heat EXP; by Zunik:
"Finally I could race again on server. It has been a tough year to race
on F1rst3 as I have been often away and lately had internet probs. I was
working during the whole Weekend (that's why qualed Thursday) so I
wouldn't be in best shape for race. Actually I was destroyed as I
couldn't sleep much the days before. So I decided to take it easy and
let pass anyone who seemed to have a better rythm. Start was a bit
chaotic, so I took completely the outside, escaping from any trouble. I
got passed fast by some cars (let CasH pass in Eau Rouge) and I was just
trying to finish the race. I did some tiny errors (kissed slightly the
wall sideways) so took it easy all the time. I started loosing
positions, but not much later after first 5 laps or so DNF's started.
Whole race was keeping the car on the tarmac on a slow rythm and reading
who was next to DNF. Not much left of the race, Frozen and CasH DNF'ed,
and 2 laps from finish Tyger needed big repairs. Not very sportsman was
Edwards behaviour who stopped before finish line to let everybody pass
Tyger! Well I actually used that advantage to get my most undeserved
podium in F1rst3!!! See you in Monza where I'll have to race alone again
(most probable)."

Heat AMA; by Lulasenna:
"... SPA, Belgium... my favorite track dream, i made perfect race with starts very clean and fast... Run almost alone and i saw the GAP about others by control... Just do it race clean and soft... Great see my brazilian friend Josimario in 2place and my team mate Snakey finished in 3place... Weldone!!!!..."

Spa Francorchamps and Monza news

Spa & Monza
The two greatest tracks

For known reasons, the race-/news reports for the Belgium and Italian GrandPrix are late and combined. I also would like to thank all for their support.

Amateur:
Cheytac from Black Panda Racing did a great job in qualify for Spa: 2nd place. The top three was completed by KLGreene and PabloTassano, who else. For the race there were only four finishers. KLGreene had a big gap to PabloTassano and danicristian. While viking_89 is the fourth driver who finished, scoring important points.

For the Monza GP two "old" drivers returned to the stage: George_Prix and Spiros, welcome back guys. They directly snatched the complete front row. PabloTassano, again, put his car in top three. It also lookes like A_C_Muller is getting closer and closer to the other drivers in qualify. Even beating viking_89. For the race there wore some difficulties in organising heat 1 (tzb), but lucky all went well in the end. George_Prix took the triple: pole, fastest lap and winning the race. Danicristian already is a familiar driver on the podium now, accompanied by Hmelo. PabloTassano did a good race, while KLGreene scored no points due to ISP trouble.

Expert:
Jeeves took pole again for the Spa GP, with Glen almost a second behind. Biggetje managed to end up third, with veldt000 only 0.007s behind. Jeeves couldn't race this one: virus at his computer (did CasH visit you??? :D) Glen had to race alone. Even with 60s handicap, he managed to win this one: wel done!

Glen took poleposition for at the high speed Monza track, with veldt000 and home-driver minchia within a second. In heat1 we had a great race, only Glen had a lonely race. Veldt000 had a great fight with minchia, bryan and hell-lo. Too bad Hell-Lo suffered connection problems and Minchia lost his brakes. Veldt000 also had some problems: not enough fuel. After short-shifting last two laps by veldt000, Bryan managed to cross the finish-line with 0.6s ahead.

Championships:
Expert:
After trouble for Jeeves and two good results, Bryan managed to pass Jeeves in the championship. Moving up to third position. Glen also had two, almost, perfect races, closing the gap a little to veldt000. Glen is hoping for a DNF for veldt000, else this championship is over.

Amateur:
Also in the ama-league, one of the championship-candidates suffered trouble. PabloTassano took over the lead from KLGreene. He now has an advantage of only 16 points. We are waiting for an exciting season finish! With his current form, it is almost sure that danicristian will take third position, but viking_89 still has him in sight.

Race report by A_C_Muller (Spa):
This Panda was hopeful for Spa, but I'd of needed a crystal ball! I started 3rd on the grid of three cars in our heat race. I rocketed past the other two cars, while just missing the back end of one and hoping I didn't jam one hard off the track to the left. After the old over-and-under into the first turn again I rocketed away from the others. Then the troubles began...at the top of EuRouge my car spun around two times to my knowledge, with a hard Bang! Luckily it was a car and not a barrier with no damage to my car whatsoever, wow! It took me until the end of the first lap to regain the lead. Though this was due to a McLaren going wide into the bus stop chicane and a Red Bull slamming into his side-pod due to lag. After two spins at Pouhon with one-two full rotations I again lost the lead and had to work hard to make-up for the lost time. After a few laps I again was in the lead and pulled away by a whopping 25-26 seconds! Other then a heat race win in Turkey, my custom Panda Powered BMW is last. On the exit of my one pit stop (start of lap 12) I again spun in Pouhon and was expecting a safe return to the track when i barely came in contact with a padded wall when, BANG! Both my front wing and front right wheel were ripped off my car. I went around for a few more laps when I ran wide, through the kitty litter and had my front left wheel ripped off! Using gear modulation, luck and spins in reverse I got across the finishing line. Next time I will do what "I" thought I should of done...stop on the front stretch a meter from the finishing line, wait for the race to end then drive arcoss it and save myself a DNF. I had this heat race "in the bag" & would of gotten 4th overall and a massive 25 points. I just hope (fingers crossed) that consuming Pasta for my Panda Powered BMW won't cause me to crash!

Teams:
EU Racers still have a change of winning the team-championship, but they will need some more luck. Dacia 1310 Racing is feeling the absence of KLGreene last race and the drivers of KitenLentejosRacing did a remarkable good job in the woods of Spa and Monza, they increased the gap to almost 60 points. Black Panda Racing hired a new driver (Frentzen127), they have a very good change to keep fifth place now.

Country:
I heard the German drivers already celebrated their victory at the Oktober-Fest in Munich :). I don't expect many changes for the country championship the coming races.

Big thanks to Black Panda Racing teamcaptain A_C_Muller for the race report.

And now off to the A1-Ring race in Austria... Ladies and Gentleman start your engines! :)

Due to private circumstances a late and short one, for which apologies.

I'll stick to some (again amazing) shots from our races and of course the Race Reports by you guys (and girls, yes!).

I did however add some extra about our own Sean Edwards, who we visited again at Spa. Hope you like it!

The race. Heat EXP started in turn 2 with a massive looking crash, caused by failing equipment of yours truely :O.

Sean Edwards, looking for yet another win here, got into trouble as well and had to settle for just a finish this time. Must have felt so embarrassing to be slower on track than some old CasH who, after T2, obviously had a crippled car as well. Poor Sean (NOT :D).

Race Reports (AND movie/impressions Edwards/Spa below!)

Heat EXP; by Tygernoot:
"I started from 8th position, but found myself in 5th after the first
corner and in 4th after the second. Then Sean decided to take a pause
at the end of the first lap, so I was up to 3rd. Unfortunately I hit
the wrong curb and lost a position to Frozen again. Frozen decided it
wasn't fair and made a mistake to give me back my position. I had a
nice battle with Locutus in the second lap, but while braking for T2 I
slided a bit and we touched. What Locutus couldn't see was that we
touched because I slided instead of the other way around, so he waited
for me which was very kind of him :).
Then I started chasing Timon and we were having a close battle. Around
lap 16 we had to lap Sean - something that doesn't happen often... He
played the team role however and put himself between me and Timon.
Unfortunately I had to brake hard to avoid Sean, hit a bit of grass
and spun. This caused B-Izadfar and me to have a battle for a few
corners and was able to overtake me.
After my first pitstop I found myself behind my (lapped) team mate
Bryan. I guess he didn't look in his mirrors hard enough to see me
wave like a mad man and screaming 'let me pass!'. After one lap being
stuck I forced my way through. No doubt Cash will have a fierce talk
about blocking your own team members. Lap 27 I was chasing Timon again
and was able to overtake him this time. In my second stint I had lost
some valuable time and after the second stop I was again behind the
Don't Lifter. We had an exciting battle for a few laps, passing each
other multiple times. Finally Timon stayed ahead and he seemed a lot
faster in the final stint so I had more trouble keeping close.
On lap 50 there was a little scare while lapping MJ as he let go off
the throttle in the middle of the corner, but fortunately everything
went ok. I was pushing hard to stay close to Timon but I never managed
to attempt any overtaking manoeuver.
The climax of the race came on the final lap in the final corner when
my engine exploded and I strolled over the finish line at 10km/h. It
was a great race and it could have been a lot worse than 4th place,
although I might have been on the podium had the race worked out."

Heat EXP; by Avni_Tumay:
"I had a great start coming to turn 1, very clean from all drivers I did see Ricardo in the sandpit but making it safely out.
As we approach turn 2 it began, I was hit from behind because of lag which put my front end into the wall leaving me in the sandpit with no nosecone. After getting it repaired I got a stop go penalty for speeding in the pits. I was then battling with Cash until he made an error allowing me to pass him. The team boss suggestion was to drive strong, and get in front of MJanosh. So I did making it in front of him. A few laps to go and I was 5 seconds behind Ricardo. Luckily finished with not much drama. I’d like to thank my team for their hard work. Ice Block F1 sure did well at Australia and will continue strong."

Heat AMA; by Rinker:

"I started from pole position this race, it was the first time for me this
season so I was very happy with this result,  even a double win is in reach
now .
But things are not always go as wanted, I was a little happy that we must do
a restart due a server crash, because I got hit three times in first lap
that brought me to last position (again.) just before lap two.
Second start was good, well for me, as nobody hits me this time,  after
turn 1 and 2 I felt my car had a lot of oversteer, I really don't know why?
And on turn 3 I lost him, also braking somewhat late, I could not get of my
place very quick, I think someone have put some very strong glue on those
curbs.
Luckily no one hit  me  and all passed fine, for me I had to race from the
back again but this time it was my own fault, well part of it I guess(I
still don't know where the oversteer is coming  from, I don't had it in
practice) . I could not push very hard due the oversteer problem, but after
8 laps I was on second position, 20 seconds behind Snakey_UK ( who has done
a very good race), I decided not to take any risk, 20 seconds is a lot with
a oversteer problem, so I tried to hold second place, that must not give any
problems and it gives me also a nice place on the podium. Everything went
fine from here, the pit stop was fast  and I did some constant lap times,
until lap 21, where I found a slow panda (with problems I think)  in my way
on  the fast turn 11, I expected she would moved to the right, but she didn't
and I crashed into her back and I lost my front wing, this accident cost my
podium place as I had to pit for 40 seconds or so, and with this extra pit
stop  I also got a drive true penalty, the remaining laps where not enough
to get me back on the podium. A weekend with mixed feelings!
On to the next race..."

Heat AMA; by A_C_Muller:
"Australia was not kind to this Panda! I decided to debut my customized helmet in the land down under so it wasn't a total loss. With a mere 11 qualifiers and no other league race schedule conflicts, this was the second mass race I took part in since Spain. At the start the race was good for the first 6 laps, then game disconected and some time elapsed before a re-start. Good thing too as, I slapped the left side of my car on the first lap with it making wide right hand turns. Well, the second time around wasn't much better. Though I did manage to go half way through the race before repeating history again I had Rinker all in my mirrors. Thanks to him as he was hot all over my exhaust his chasing me, helped me to put in my fastest lap. After barely starting lap 23, my Panda Powered BPR's Brembo brake pads failed. I went off at the second high speed braking area and rocketed through the kitty litter and slammed head on into the cement barrier. According to my graphics, both my front wheels were on - but I don't think they could of survived such a hit.
Once I got out, onto the asphalt I had no steering what-so-ever. A GIANT HUG & KISS to Josimario_Carvalho of UK Racing for showing me true Sportsmanship! He helped nudge, bump, bang, edge and point my demolished F1 car around the remaining corners so that I could drive down the front stretch while grinding off all the sponsors logos on the outside wall. I ground to a halt at the end of the front stretch 6 laps down...Hey, it's better then a DNF & 0 points! This Panda prefers the tracks in the Northern Hemisphere!
"

Sean's lap filmed from pitwall!

As you all know the TYKA/LRT crew visited Sean at Spa again. This time for his PSC race which, as all know by now, Sean won! Yes, with some 'convincing' from my side to Jeroen Bleekemolen, the current PSC Champion (see my YouTube movies for proof ;)).
I'd like to thank Sean and his Team for again their great efforts for making it yet another unforgettable weekend!

race report Melbourne - Albert Park

Albert Park - Australia
What a wet race :)

For this wet race I expected a lot more contesters, but only the die-hards showed up.

fastest LRT-driver: Bryan in action

Amateur:
After his first victory Danicristian, now ended up empty handed. KLGreene and PabloTassano had another great fight for victory. Under difficult circumstances, only 11 seconds separates them. With a very good performance Hmelo celebrated his return with a podium finish. I want to point out the sportmanship showed by Viking_89. After accidently hitting A_C_Muller, he disputed him self. On his behalf: sorry again. This means A_C_Muller, of Black Panda Racing, did a great job in finishing this race.

GLEN "pushing" veldt000

Expert:
After a very good qualify session by Bryan, he started third and also finished in this position. In qualify Jeeves and Glen did an one-two again, what else. For Glen the race ended too soon, after an engine failure. Jeeves had nothing to fear from the other drivers, what a pace he had! Almost 2s a lap faster than runner-up veldt000, who was on a 3 stop strategy. Bryan and veldt had a great fight during this race. The gap was less than 1 second at the finish line!

Jeeves heads for another victory

Championships:
Expert:
Jeeves moved up one spot again, but only has a three point advantage over Glen. Taurus and Bryan are in a good battle for 4th position, only 7 points separates them.

Amateur:
The old story. KLGreene and PabloTassano are still in for first position in the championship. For third place we have about 5 contesters: cAsTeL (246), viking_89 (242), danicristian (240), JVesga (228) and A_C_Muller (213)

Teams:
It seems that LowlandRacingTeam got their pace back, or at least know better how to race in the wet than EU Racers. For the "ama" Teams KitenLentejosRacing and Dacia 1310 Racing must do everything they can to keep or get third place. Black Panda Racing took hold of fifth position!

Country:
It looks like Germany are in for some celebrations, with drivers like Taurus, Bryan and Neela, it is almost impossible to close the gap for the Netherlands. Romania and Canada are almost equal in the standings, with Jeeves for Finland and Glen for Scotland closing down on them.

Big thanks to Jeeves for the screenshots.

... again badluck for Glen: engine failure

Hungary results AND... TYKA SE!

Hungary
Results and.... more!

After a brake (holiday and lazy real F1) we go towards our next race this weekend, so time for news about the previous round: Hungary.
Ethnically crowded with Panda's I heard :P.
Again 30 cars qualified, but due to some problems we had to split unfortunately (you can still mail complaints to Tygernoot for moving the server and going on holiday; we'll beat him up at Spa ;) ).

One of the contesters this time was Sean Edwards again, who needed a week of practice in some crappy Porsche (partly writing it off in real life, hehehe). It paid off however as again he won this race in EXP class. Easy for him as his PSC race was over soon, so plenty of time left for the real race here ;).

Sean's win and MJanosh finishing 4th in EXP provided at least some points for the pretty abandoned Don't Lift Team. Good for them, as Lowland Racing Team (LRT) now scored less, due to the holiday of our Topdriver Tygernoot (I'm now actually wondering if he WAS on holiday or just ran scared after the servermove and left poor Veldt000 and me to get ourselves beaten up by you guys complaining :P:D).

With Tygernoot away, LRT only scored now by the old, reliable ones: CasH, Veldt000 (well, reliable :P) and Bryan in 5th, 6th and 10th place.
Poor Veldt000 claiming to let CasH win... the truth was CasH took it easy to finish, but got sick of the idea Veldt000 'backing' (read: take out) CasH, so at the end CasH decided to really race and did a second per lap faster, leaving Veldt000 at respectable distance (and more important: not endangering anybody this time ;) ).
Rumours go that Don't Lift got scared by the threat of LRT in 2nd place, they even asked TJBolier (who retired for a while) to return ASAP (or get sacked :P), but unfortunately for them Timon DNF-ed.

Again our Turkish friends did very well, even without their top man Ali_Burkay, as Caner_Basol finished in 3rd place and SametSenturk in 9th! Well done! Their Prof1tr Team will be a team to reckon with...

This brings us to our well fought AMA League. Hungary seemed friendly to Dutch drivers, as in this class Rinker scored good points for Holland, claiming 5th place. Well done Rinker! Now on to the podium next one!
I wonder where his son Sander_n is lately. He was AMA Champion at the age of 12! Get him back (read: buy the poor kid his G25 :P) and let him prove he is not too old now to beat the rest :).

The win in AMA this time was a bit of a surprise. Not the usual Felipe[BR] got it yet again, he had to settle for 3rd place, but the very competitive MichaelSchumacher! LulaSenna couldn't repeat the trick from Hockenheim, so he finished 2nd.

Race Reports, AND NEWS below!

Heat EXP; by B-Izadfar:
"I had a pretty crap start going too deep into turn 1. I finished lap 1
in P3 with MJanosh infront and Caner really close behind me. I kept
making small mistakes in turn 3, going wide in turn 4, & sliding too
much this stint, and therefore the two DL guys infront made a quick easy
gap already with Caner putting pressure while only a few tenths behind
me. 1st stop came for me on Lap 25, and I think was already around
9seconds behind Edwards. I ran out of fuel coming into the last few
turns before my pitstop and coasted to the pitbox. On top of that the
pitstop itself was a shit 15second one. So I lost a valuable 12 or
seconds and MJ was able to maintain P2. I just made the plan to get P2
back as that was all that is really possible and managed to do that. I
had again a crap 2nd pitstop and spun once in the t6/t7 chicane in the
final stint.
Our pace wasn't bad, my 1st stint, both pitstops, tyre longevity,
miscalculation cost us a lot on this round. Look forward to next race
(home race!)
Big credit to Admin for allowing race and handling server situation,
sometimes umplanned major technical issues happen."

Heat AMA; by A_C_Muller:
"As this was the third try for me at the Hugaroring, this Panda was hoping that "third times the charm"! I started out with a two pit stop strategy that helped me out at another league. Too bad
I was so busy watching the back end of Rinkers car, waiting for it to go off track that I hit a wall.
Again I lost another front wing, but never have I done this on the opening lap. I was getting very good gas mileage as I had set it for 12 and did 15 but could of stretched it to 16. Luckily I didn't as my tires and there grip were letting go as each lap was completed. My steering felt good and the brakes did their job. From exiting the pits my Panda Powered car was acting like it were on rails by the end it was like a rally raid in the rain. Without any on screen info as to what lap I was on i came in on laps no.2 for a new front wing, lap no.17 as my first pit stop and then on lap no.32 to find out that I was done one lap later. To me it felt like a mere 26 laps had elapsed, but no. This Panda hopes that the southern hemisphere will provide more grip with respect to tires!".

Heat AMA; by Ghost_GR:
"Hungary was my best race since I joined MMG. Not necessarily spectacular, but I achieved a great result.
In qualifying I only managed to get position 11 out of 16, at the end of a 7 driver group with times between 1:19:088(iron_gr) - 1:20.050(myself). I knew that I will have to push hard in order to get past some of those close drivers in front of me.
The race was very surprising. I was in an 11 driver heat, along Profetu, which I congratulate for his debut in MMG, although he didn't manage to finish. Better luck next time! I had a minor problem in lap1 turn1 - most dangerous place, as always - when I got hit my left back suspension by lebron15. This didn't influence my race though. In that same turn, I managed to pass Ianstuart - an "old rival" of mine. Anything was ok until I found myself being closely followed by Boky who in qualifying dind't manage only a 1:21.698. He kept close to me, we both made mistakes, he overtook me, I overtook him back but in the end, after my pitstop, I lost contact with him, as he was ahead. At this moment I was on 7th place out of 11. I continued to drive constantly and carefully and I managed to finish the race in 4th place, from my heat. Drivers faster than me like flyer23, iron_gr, and even boky, who was ahead, pushed too hard and crashed one at a row, and so I managed to get my good position. On the final standings, Rinker managed to get a better race time than me and I got my 5th final positon!"

Hungaroring results

Hungaroring - Hungary
A lot of DNF...

When drivers agree upon a time for the race you must wait 30min for everybody to arrive. If somebody fails to write in the forum within 48hrs after qualify deadline, you don't have to wait! Having this said, ama heat1 should have waited for KLGreene and exp heat1 could have raced earlier, minchia didn't reply at all! Two articles from the championship-guide:

9.5 The participants have 7 full days to organize and run the race with other participants that are in your time zone region. Given the time zone factor, it should not be difficult to organize a time that suits all parties. We suggest you actively pursue the participants and compromise on the start time if you wish to avoid a DNS for lack of appropriate scheduling. We also suggest that you ensure a proper and frequently checked email addresses in your profile to allow other users to contact you. Contesters should react in the Heat Organisation Forum as soon as possible, but at the most within 48 hours of the deadline. If reacting later, they will have to accept the date and time others already agreed on.

9.8 Failure to reply to a heat organization thread within 48hrs of Qualification ending could, at the League Administrators discretion, result in you being completely removed from the Heat and given a DNS. Failure to respond should be reported to the League's Admin/Marshals as soon as possible after 48hrs has expired. Unless otherwise told by the League Admin, the race will take place, when those who have replied to the thread, agree upon.

Amateur:
After I told that danicristian could play a role in the championship he managed to get his victory! well done! KLGreene and PabloTassano had a very close race, only 0.5 difference at the finish line!

Expert:
Veldt managed to keep Glen147 behind him first 17laps, but after a lot of pressure and chasing by Glen he managed to do a great manouvre to pass veldt000. Only 6 drivers made it to the finish line.

Race report from A_C_Muller:
As this was my second race at the Hungaroring in a week...this Panda expected as good a turn-out as on my first outing. Nope! The set-up I had felt loose and it seemed like I was all over the track. The start for me was a sign of things to come. I took off well with the Mercedes Benz infront of me hardly moving. I tried to steer to the right but as I was busy looking down to make sure I was shifting at the correct time. Bang! Right into the back-end, with a ninety degree turn counter-clockwise for my car. Oddly enough my custom Panda Powered BMW suffered no damage at all. For the duration of the race my hard compound tires didn't seem to want to grip while my brakes seemed to come on strong late in the braking process. I had a few sight-seeing trips through the kitty litter but this was due to the syncronization problem. Also two spins were experienced after exiting the high speed left hand ninety degree turn, running a little wide, clipping the grass and overcorrecting. Perhaps third times the charm in Hungary with rF, who knows? This Panda is now looking forward to visiting the Southern Hemisphere.

Championships:
Expert:
Taurus saw Jeeves pass him, due to a DNF. Bryan is on Taurus his tail now. Veldt000 still keeps his first place, but for how long?

Amateur:
The same story as last race. KLGreene increased the gap to PabloTassano, while danicristian is in a great form.

Teams:
Due to alot of DNF there isn't much changed at the top of the rankings. The "ama"-teams are in a great battle. We had 10 races now, and only 17 points devide Dacia 1310 Racing and KitenLentejosRacing.

Country:
Again Germany did a great race, widening to gap to almost 100points. Will there (finally) be another winner than The Netherlands? It sure looks like it! Romania, Canada and Scotland are in for great battle for third position.

Big thanks to A_C_Muller for the reports.

Hockenheim

Germany
Hockenheim, the killer

After a great Silverstone race, where many scored points, Hockenheim was another story.
Recordbraking grids again (30 drivers for the EXP race, of which 25 made it to the main heat!).
As seen in the totally different results, this time only 10 (EXP) made it to the finishline! Well done for those!
